Description
SS 316 is a rutile type stainless steel electrode suitable for welding of AISI 316 grades stainless steels. The weld metal has high resistance to corrosion, pitting and scaling at temperatures up to 8500 C. Electrode has
excellent and consistent chemical and mechanical properties. High creep strength at elevated temperatures is the salient feature. Electrode operates equally well on AC and DC (+) in all conventional positions.
