Description
MODI 7018 (SPL) is a low hydrogen, iron powder-type electrode that produces exceptionally tough and ductile welds. The Weld metal is of radiographic quality, and metal recovery is 115 % approx. The weld deposit shows exceptionally high impact strength at room temperature as well as down to minus 450C. The
typical hydrogen content is 4ml/100 gm. max. of weld deposit.
