Description
LOMELT 308 has a high alloy electrode with an excellent combination of toughness & hardness. It resists scaling and retains hardness at elevated temperatures.

Recommendation:
For good compressive strength and superior weldability. For use where a combination of hardness and toughness is desired on carbon and alloy steels, manganese steels and cast iron. For applications where erosion, abrasion & impact are to be resisted.
