Description
LOMELT 212 is a low heat input electrode, a highly ductile deposit which I s compatible with all similar and dissimilar steels. Excellent crack resistance & resistance to Sugar Cane Juice Corrosion & can be machined to give high polish & low Coefficient of friction.

Recommendation:
A low heat input electrode is specially designed for all similar and dissimilar combinations of carbon steels, low alloy steels, manganese steels and stainless steels etc., especially those steels which are used in construction and mining equipment. Also recommended for rebuilding the worm out sugar mill roller journals and bearing seat of the shafts. The deposit has complete freedom from cracking, even under severe restraint.
