Description
LOMELT 202 is an extra low carbon, low heat input austenitic stainless-steel electrode for all positional welding. Molybdenum and extra low-carbon contents prevent acid pitting. Excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, heat, and scaling.

Recommendation:
All-purpose low heat input electrode with high corrosion and heat resistance up to 3000C for smooth and rapid metal deposition. Suitable for welding of Cr, Ni, Mo steels of type 316,316L,318b and other Mo-bearing stainless steels. Also recommended for joining extra low carbon grades to reduce carbide precipitation and eliminate intergranular corrosion. Excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, heat, and scaling.
