Description
SS 308 is a low heat input stainless steel electrode designed to yield a weld deposit of extra low carbon. The special type of coating ensures better mechanical properties and excellent operating characteristics. The weld metal has high temperatures resistance up to 8000 C. Electrode operates equally well on AC and
C (+) in all conventional positions, even on low OCV and low current, resulting in low heat input.
